Traditional and Modern Interior Design Do Get Along Well!

Introducing New "Open Air" Design at Dean & DeLuca

Introducing a new and improved "open-air" design which combines Dean and DeLuca's market cafe with their wine bar area, we are hoping to incorporate this traditionally-modern design in other stores nationwide.

Traditionally modern might seem like an oxy-moron until you visit this space at Phillips Place in Charlotte, NC. Utilizing traditional elements with modern installation, such as the wood banquet and mosaic-tiled wall, gives this enduring design the ability to be both elegant and comfortable. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the eco-friendly fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the up-scale solid granite bar with an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

While proving that traditional can in fact get along with modern, visitors can now shop, eat, and enjoy a glass of wine (or bottle - if daring!) without the stress of traveling to multiple locations. Cheers to the new and improved Dean & Deluca!
