The William Henry Belk House | Historic Preservation:

 

 Charlotte, NC: Studio Fusion has been selected by the Presbyterian Hospital Foundation to complete the historic preservation of the famous Belk residence .  Located at Hawthorne Lane directly beside the Presbyterian Hospital, The Belk House is a significant historical landmark in Charlotte's Elizabeth neighborhood.

 Built in 1924 and designed by renowned local architect Charles Christian Hook, this two-story, 16-room mansion is a stunning example of Colonial Revival/Classical Revival architecture with its double ascending staircase, large entry vestibule and floor-to-ceiling windows.
