This 2-story clubhouse includes a fitness room and small support kitchen. In order to portray an English Tudor style of architecture, stacked stone, stucco with Tudor banding, metal accent roofs, precast arches, large detailed timber framing with brackets and post and beam detailing were used as design elements.
